We are a small inner-city financial planning firm that prides itself on excellent client relationships and customer service.

We are looking for a successful applicant to join us in August.

Your role as a Client Services Officer/Manager will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality financial advice by managing the day-to-day client service functions within our advisory team. Acting as the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for coordinating adviser support, managing client communication, preparing for appointments, and ensuring seamless administrative processes.

We are seeking a highly organized, dedicated, and reliable individual who requires minimal supervision, has a professional attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a pleasant and professional phone manner.

To be successful, you will require:

  • Previous client service experience (not necessarily in financial planning, but highly valued)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient use of Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Willingness to work in our office

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Working with financial advisers, managing their calendars, preparing for client meetings, and ensuring all post-meeting follow-ups are completed efficiently
  • Preparation, review, and lodgement of compliance documents
  • Accurately maintaining client data and records using our web-based portal
  • Answering, screening, and directing all incoming calls
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Diary management
  • Other duties as directed by the Partners
