About the Role

We are seeking an organised and people-focused Leasing & Enquiries Support Officer to join a supportive national team for a three-month contract. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for prospective and current residents.

You'll be responsible for managing leasing enquiries, coordinating property tours, maintaining accurate data and reporting on occupancy trends. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for leasing enquiries and prospective residents
  • Coordinate and schedule property tours and interviews
  • Maintain accurate occupancy and waitlist records across multiple sites
  • Prepare weekly and monthly leasing reports and correspondence
  • Provide administrative support to leasing initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage calls, mail and general office administration tasks

About You

You'll bring strong organisational skills, professionalism and a genuine passion for people and community. Ideally, you'll have experience in administration, property, leasing, or customer service, along with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

You'll also have

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
  • A friendly and proactive approach to stakeholder engagement
