As a boutique agency, we specialise in commercial property sales, leasing, and investment. We're currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Commercial Sales and Leasing Assistant to support our growing team.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in commercial real estate. You'll work directly alongside the Director and gain valuable exposure to commercial property transactions, client relationship management, and property marketing. The role offers a strong foundation in the industry, with clear pathways for career development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team with listing and leasing commercial properties
  • Coordinate property inspections, viewings, and open-for-inspections
  • Support the preparation of leasing and sales proposals and related documentation
  • Update and manage CRM systems and property databases
  • Conduct market research and assist with property appraisals
  • Liaise professionally with clients, tenants, and service providers
  • Assist the team with online listings and campaign coordination
  • Assist the Director with scheduling appointments, managing emails, etc

What We're Looking For:

  • A genuine interest in commercial real estate and property services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • An agent representative certificate preferred - OR willingness to obtain one (training support provided))
