Unified Healthcare Group (UHG) is looking for a motivated person with exceptional attention to details to join our Health Screening Services team.

Job Description

What You Will Be Doing.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Quality checking health information as provided by health care providers
  • Liaising directly with health care providers such as medical clinics, pathology providers, health professionals and participants following appointments
  • Writing accurate and detailed case notes in the medEbridge platform
  • Relationship management between key stakeholders
  • Responding to UHG customer queries

Qualifications

What You Should Have

  • Strong customer and service orientated focus
  • Excellent time management and attention to details
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of systems, processes, and procedures
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Understanding of health & medical information exchange, and the interplay between healthcare practitioners, their clients, and insurers (desirable)
