Recruitment Advisor
who's not only skilled in end-to-end hiring but also brings a marketing mindset and a fresh, creative approach to talent attraction. What You'll Be Doing
Your role will be varied, strategic, and hands-on. Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Partnering with Hiring Managers to conduct recruitment briefs and define role needs
  • Developing and executing sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, and passive channels
  • Creating and marketing compelling job ads and recruitment campaigns that stand out in a crowded market
  • Thinking outside the box to reach new candidate audiences and build our employer brand
  • Designing campaigns for specific talent pipelines, including early career programs
  • Conducting end-to-end candidate screening, interviews, and assessments
  • Coaching managers on recruitment best practices and helping them grow as hiring leaders
  • Ensuring timely, respectful communication with all candidates throughout the process
  • Maintaining high compliance standards and data integrity
  • Contributing to and delivering regular reports and insights (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
  • Building and managing talent pools and proactively sourcing for future business needs
  • Setting up and managing preferred supplier agreements
  • Aligning recruitment strategy with broader business goals like diversity, inclusion, and workforce planning
  • Championing continuous improvement and candidate experience innovation

You'll Bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Marketing, or a related field (highly regarded)
  • A track record of innovative recruitment strategies and campaign-based hiring
  • Strong marketing instincts - you know how to write engaging content and position roles for impact
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and think ahead in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interviewing and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Confidence with data, reporting, and using insights to improve performance
  • Up-to-date knowledge of recruitment trends, technology, and legislation
  • A proactive, curious, and improvement-focused mindset
