We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Advisor with strong leadership skills — someone who can lead recruitment strategy, coach hiring managers, and inspire teams while attracting the best talent through creative, innovative campaigns.

You'll Lead recruitment strategy and talent acquisition initiatives across the business Partner with senior stakeholders to define role needs and build workforce plans Coach and mentor hiring managers to improve recruitment capability and decision-making Build and promote our employer brand to attract top talent Design innovative sourcing campaigns and talent pipelines, including early career programs Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring excellent candidate experience Oversee preferred suppliers and maintain high compliance and data standards Use data and insights to continuously improve recruitment outcomes Champion diversity, inclusion, and workforce planning initiatives Drive continuous improvement and innovation across all talent activities About You — A Leader in Talent Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and leading recruitment initiatives Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills — you inspire and influence others Creative thinker with marketing instincts for crafting campaigns and engaging candidates Confident with reporting, insights, and using data to guide strategy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive, curious, and continuously looking for ways to improve recruitment impact Ready to Lead and Make Your Mark?If you're ready to lead, inspire, and shape the future of talent at EMS, apply now and become part of our family.
