About the role

Join the growing team at Clements Medical Townsville City Practice, as a full time Medical Receptionist Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and customer service to patients, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the medical clinic.

What you'll be doing

  • Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a positive first impression of the practice
  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar
  • Assist with patient registration and record keeping
  • Handle patient inquiries and requests in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Work closely with the medical team to coordinate patient flow and ensure efficient clinic operations
  • Contribute to the overall exceptional patient experience

What we're looking for

  • Experience in medical administration or a similar role
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach when dealing with patients
