What You'll Do

As a Support Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them resolve technical issues and get the most from their SENPOS systems. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing helpdesk support via phone and remote access
  • Logging, monitoring, and resolving support tickets in line with service targets
  • Customising software settings to suit client needs
  • Keeping clients informed with timely and clear communication
  • Escalating unresolved issues to senior team members when needed
  • Running software updates and identifying training opportunities
  • Participating in internal improvement projects
  • Knowledge sharing by reviewing, reading, and updating internal documentation
  • After-hours support (on a roster) post 6 months of employment, additional income provided

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with excellent technical ability, great communication skills, and a genuine drive to help people. You'll need to be able to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team.

Essential

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a technical support role
  • Proficiency with Windows Server, Windows 10 or newer, and Microsoft SQL Server 2019+
  • Excellent client support and communication skills
  • Great troubleshooting skills and a can-do attitude
  • A desire to learn software and systems, and develop your knowledge base
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing tasks
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and helpdesk/ticketing software

Desirable

  • Hospitality industry experience
  • Familiarity with POS systems
  • Qualifications in IT
