Due to our growth, we are now looking for a suitable I.T. Support Technician to join our highly skilled team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose hardware and software issues.
  • Perform equipment configurations and installations.
  • Assist customers through our helpdesk via phone, email, or ticket system.
  • Deliver remote troubleshooting services and attend client sites as required.
  • Maintain accurate job ticket logs and relevant documentation.
  • Meet ticket timing deadlines to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Implement projects and support services to meet client needs.

About You:

  • Strong desire to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem solving and critical thinking.
  • Organized and self-motivated with an excellent work ethic.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Training, certification, or experience in one or more Network Technologies (Routing, Switching, DNS), 3CX Phones, Microsoft (Office) 365 Administration, Security, Microsoft Windows, Network Hardware, and PSA are desirable.
  • Minimum 1 year experience.
