We are looking for an
experienced IT Technician Support – L2
to join our team in Cavan, South Australia. This is a hands-on role supporting both end-users and a manufacturing environment. If you enjoy solving technical problems, providing top-notch end-user support, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the right opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide
    Windows endpoint support
    for desktops and laptops.
  • Support
    manufacturing environment
    including printers, IoT devices, and other peripherals.
  • Deliver
    remote technical support
    for hardware/software issues.
  • Handle
    advanced printer and peripheral troubleshooting
    .
  • Configure and troubleshoot
    Operating Systems, Office applications, and end-user devices
    .
  • Manage
    end-user requests, VIP support, and escalation calls
    .
  • Collaborate with senior users to understand and resolve technical requirements.
  • Perform
    hands-on troubleshooting, problem analysis, and escalation management
    .
  • Provide support via
    calls, email, and on-site
    to resolve user issues.
  • Conduct
    diagnostics, issue investigation, and performance monitoring
    .
  • Work with
    Microsoft products, databases, MAC OS, iOS, and basic networking
    .

Desired Skills

  • Experience supporting
    SAP Business One
    (Support & Administration).
  • Familiarity with
    ticketing tools
    (FreshService, etc.).
