About the Role

This is a full-time position offering a generous base salary plus attractive commission. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and sourcing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored transport solutions that support our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across transport and logistics sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and customer satisfaction.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in business development or sales, ideally within the transport, logistics and distribution, warehousing or other related industries.
  • A strong communicator and negotiator with proven ability to close deals.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
