We're looking for a Customer Service & Administration all-rounder to join our busy front office.

If you're someone who takes pride in being organised, enjoys talking to people, and likes working in a practical, no-nonsense environment — this could be a great fit.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that's central to how our business runs. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, support sales and workshop admin, and keep things moving behind the scenes.

No two days are the same — one moment you'll be processing trailer registrations, the next you'll be helping a customer or balancing stock orders. You'll work closely with the sales and operations team to make sure everything runs smoothly.

We're looking for someone with previous admin or customer service experience who wants to take ownership and grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional service to customers — in person, on the phone, and over email
  • Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries efficiently
  • Process quotes, invoices, and registration paperwork
  • Follow up on payments, deposits, and required documentation
  • Assist with weekly stock orders and accounts admin
  • Maintain accurate office records and filing systems
  • Support payroll and financial reconciliation tasks as directed
  • Keep the office tidy, organised, and professional
  • Coordinate small team events (lunches, birthdays, staff days)
  • Provide general admin support across the business

  • Experience in admin, customer service, or a similar office-based role
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Proactive and capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Positive attitude — friendly, professional, and reliable
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic data entry systems
  • Able to have a bit of banter while keeping things professional
  • Keen to learn and take ownership of your role
