**About the Opportunity**

Our client delivers large-scale electronic and security installation projects across Melbourne. We are seeking reliable and safety-conscious Site Support Trades Assistants to provide hands-on support to field technicians across multiple project sites. This role offers consistency, variety, and the chance to learn practical skills while contributing to high-quality outcomes on every site.

About You

You are reliable, proactive, and value doing things right. You take pride in your work, follow direction well, and understand the importance of representing AWX with professionalism and care. You're comfortable working across different sites so having reliable transport is essential.

**What You Will Do**

• Support technicians with materials, ladders, and cable handling

• Assist with installation setup and site preparation

• Maintain clean, organised, and safe work areas

  • Act as a spotter for Scissor lift operations


• Follow safety protocols and contribute to a strong team culture

**What You'll Need (and How to Get Started)**

• White Card (essential)

• EWP under 11m and Working at Heights preferred

• Previous site or trades assistant experience an advantage

• Strong reliability, work ethic, and attention to safety

• Willingness to travel between multiple project sites
