**The Opportunity**

This is a fantastic new opportunity to join market leading B&D Doors, where you will provide high-end technical installation support to our customers. We encourage anyone with a mechanical or trade background that is looking for a change in industry to explore this opportunity with us further

Reporting to the State Construction Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with safe, quality, and timely installations of our market-leading products following our procedures and standards. You will provide a high-quality service to our Customers while representing our Brand in the most professional manner.

**Day to day you’ll be**:

- Providing quality installations on the full range of our products
- Ensure successful and prompt completion of installation tasks
- Provide relevant feedback and train Technical Assistants, and allocate their daily tasks
- Manage and support urgent security callouts during working hours and occasional after hours
- Undertake general repairs and maintenance tasks
- Manage insurance work and product replacement
- Manage site measurement and site management with clients
- Removal of used products and packaging from customer premises and clean up
- Engage with timber &/or steel framework construction when required

**What you will bring and develop**

You are a dynamic professional with sound mechanical and customer service skills. You’ll bring clear and professional communication skills with the ability to adapt to your audience. As a good team player, you’ll be able to work collaboratively with a team of assistants and with your peers in a constantly changing environment.

Other key skills and experience include:

- Mechanical or Trade experience
- Use of powered industrial tools (saws, hammer drills, lifting equipment)
- Sound customer services skills and professional approach
- Good computer and IT skills
- The ability to seek out improvements and drive process enhancements
