Exchange & Enterprise Vault Administrator
Federal Government | Canberra | Onsite Only | 12-Month Contract + 2x12-Month Extensions
Join a large-scale Federal Government department as an Exchange and Enterprise Vault Administrator. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of Exchange 2019 and Enterprise Vault 15 environments, ensuring reliable messaging infrastructure across multiple environments.
Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain Exchange and Enterprise Vault servers.
  • Apply security updates and patches.
  • Provide Level 2/3 client support and resolve technical issues.
  • Monitor server resources and performance.
  • Undertake WSUS patching where applicable.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience with Exchange 2019.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience with Enterprise Vault 15.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL and Enterprise Vault integration.
  • Relevant qualifications in IT or related field desirable.

Other Information

  • Canberra-based role (no remote work).
  • Initial 12-month contract with potential to extend for up to 2 additional years (2x12 months).
  • Australian citizenship and the
    highest level security clearance
    required.
  • Estimated start: December 2025.
