If you are passionate about finance, enjoy working with clients from diverse backgrounds, and are eager to develop your career within a dynamic sector, this role offers the perfect blend of challenge, responsibility, and reward.
As a Client Service Associate, you will become an integral part of a dedicated team focused on providing exceptional support throughout every stage of the client journey. - Match incoming funds with corresponding applications efficiently before issuing unit certificates to investors.
- Administer capital calls, process redemptions, review interest payment calculations, and perform month-end reconciliations to ensure accuracy across all transactions.
- Maintain the CRM database by updating client records regularly and ensuring data integrity at all times.
- Address client service queries from both local and international clients with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
