
Inbound Warehouse Team Member

Objective:
To ensure that the Inbound Team receives and inspects all deliveries that arrive in a timely manner on a first in first out basis whilst keeping all products within the correct temperature requirements.
Core Responsibilities:
- Prioritise inbound deliveries in a FIFO basis.
- Troubleshooting with couriers if goods arrive damaged.
- Identify the temperature storage conditions of each delivery and work within these temperature conditions.
- Checking of delivery documents.
- Unpack and inspect products looking for damage and imperfections
- Follow quarantine procedures and resolve
- IT- operate and understand the warehouse management, email ticketing and quality systems, (training will be provided)
- Data loggers – operate data loggers for setup, download and issue reports
- Labelling of goods for extensions to expiry dates as directed by customers
- Cleaning of warehouse and storage rooms
- Utilise allocated resources effectively
- The OM/CTSM will develop a set of agreed KPIs to be used as part of regular reporting systems and as a component of performance reviews. KPIs will include both qualitative and quantitative measures.
Other Responsibilities
- Customer Service – promote collaborative relationships with customers and a service excellence culture
- Working as a team by communicating and sharing workload with the team
- Participate in Departmental Reviews including internal and external audits as required
- Attend meetings for the Clinical Trials department
- Ensure the WHS of other staff. Proactively identify and report risks and incidents in accordance with Cryosite's WHS procedures
- Ensure operational activities are carried out in compliance to the Cryosite Quality Management System (QMS)
- Adhere to organisational policies and procedures regarding relevant regulatory codes of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Wholesaling Practice (GWP) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- Assist OM and QM in the review and continuous improvement of products, services and processes
- Assist OM and QM in ensuring that controlled documentation is adequate, descriptive of work practises and current.
- Raise issues or incident requests.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role (preferably in pharmaceutical warehousing) or Diploma level qualifications in logistics or related discipline
- Knowledge of local standards required for warehousing and manufacturing of pharmaceuticals (GWP, GMP)
Desired Experience:
- · Experience with RF usage
- · General Knowledge in warehousing and distribution
- · Cold chain management and process operations
- · Third party logistics experience
Skills & Competencies
- Good numerical skills: Detailed inventory reconciliation required.
- Communication the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience
- Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
- Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.
- Time management/organisation accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given and carry out warehouse duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner to ensure patients get their critical medication stored on time for dispatch.
- Computer literate: database experience and strong computer skills are desired.
- Good written and verbal literacymust have a full understanding of the English language to communicate with professional clientele.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
