In this role, you'll lead initiatives to drive profitability and align products with partner and customer needs, delivering a tailored, customer-centric shopping experience.

What You'll Be Doing…

  • Drive Category Success: Lead initiatives to maximise sales, margin, and market share in apparel.
  • Shape Winning Strategies: Develop and execute plans tailored to trade customer needs.
  • Insight-Driven Decisions: Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform actions.
  • Collaborate for Impact: Work cross-functionally to optimise end-to-end category performance.
  • Negotiate for Advantage: Partner with suppliers to optimise product assortment and pricing.

  • Proven track record in developing and executing strategies that drive growth
