About the business and the role
We are a Registered Training Organisation providing business qualification courses online dedicated to career-focused and quality online education.
We are currently seeking an RTO Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team based in Parramatta NSW.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Build successful relationships with students and trainers
- Work closely with course consultants in establishing regular contacts to our prospective students and other business development opportunities;
- Process student enrolments and course registrations.
- Assist with monitoring, and maintaining online Webinar programs and publication channels.
- Manage student support programs (eg. Course Induction, LLN support, Career advice, Mentoring, and other special support services).
Qualification and experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role.
- RTO experience is highly regarded but not essential.
- Strong communication skills in written, oral, and presentations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively influence and negotiate with a wide range of people from varied cultural backgrounds and perspectives
- A can-do attitude and attention to detail.
- Freshly graduated TAE40116 students are highly recommended to apply with the potential opportunity to progress to a trainer and assessor role.
You will require the following technological skills:
- Experience in using RTO LMS system/s and CRM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (word, excel, PowerPoint essential)
- Experience in using Zoom Webinars and Meeting channels
- Experience in using Microsoft Teams
- Electronic email programs
- Having social media knowledge will be seen as beneficial.
