About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of 10 stores from the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast. You will be responsible for the operational performance, team development and commercial success of each store while ensuring consistent brand standards and customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys driving results across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop store managers and their teams to deliver strong sales and customer service
  • Oversee operational performance across all stores including stock management, merchandising, rostering and reporting
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to maximise profitability
  • Ensure consistency of store presentation and brand standards across the region
  • Identify growth opportunities, operational improvements and regional initiatives
  • Work closely with senior leadership to drive strategy and support expansion

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience managing multiple retail locations or a large portfolio of stores
  • Strong commercial acumen and hands-on leadership style
  • Exceptional people management, coaching and development skills
  • Ability to make decisions quickly, adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and operational excellence
