Regional Manager – Outside School Hours Care (OSHC)
Shape the future of OSHC across South East Queensland
Are you an experienced leader ready to make a bigger impact? Join Catholic Early EdCare as a Regional Manager and take on a role where you'll influence outcomes for thousands of children, families, and communities across Queensland.
About the role As a Regional Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of OSHC services across South East Queensland. You'll be the go-to leader for your Service Leaders, providing coaching, guidance, and practical support to help them succeed. Working closely with the Head of Operations, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire Service Leaders to build strong, engaged teams.
- Drive quality and compliance across multiple services.
- Shape service growth and ensure families receive the very best care.
- Partner with schools, parishes, and communities to strengthen relationships.
- Champion continuous improvement and bring our strategy to life.
This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same; one day you may be in strategy discussions, the next you're out in services guiding a leader through a challenge.
What we offer
We know the best leaders thrive when they're supported. That's why at Catholic Early EdCare you'll enjoy:
- Generous childcare benefits – up to 95% off childcare fees across our network.
- Vehicle benefits – choose to include a corporate vehicle in your package.
- Ongoing leadership development – annual Leadership Days, coaching, and training.
- Additional perks – birthday leave, wellness initiatives, and team events.
- A values-led workplace where your leadership has lasting impact.
About you
You're a people-focused leader who thrives on helping others grow. You're comfortable moving between strategy and day-to-day operations, and you know how to inspire teams to deliver results. Specifically, you'll bring:
- Proven multi-site leadership experience (education, OSHC, or similar sector ideal).
- A track record of improving quality, compliance, and service outcomes.
- Strong skills in developing leaders and building high-performing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills to partner with schools and communities.
- A relevant qualification in Education, Early Childhood, Business Management or similar.
Why join us?
Catholic Early EdCare is part of the Catholic Archdiocese of Brisbane and delivers early learning and OSHC services across Queensland. As a Regional Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring children receive safe, high-quality care and in strengthening the communities we serve.
