About
About the role As a Regional Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of OSHC services across South East Queensland. You'll be the go-to leader for your Service Leaders, providing coaching, guidance, and practical support to help them succeed. Working closely with the Head of Operations, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire Service Leaders to build strong, engaged teams.
  • Drive quality and compliance across multiple services.
  • Shape service growth and ensure families receive the very best care.
  • Partner with schools, parishes, and communities to strengthen relationships.
  • Champion continuous improvement and bring our strategy to life.

This is a
hands-on leadership role
where no two days are the same; one day you may be in strategy discussions, the next you're out in services guiding a leader through a challenge.

About you
You're a People-focused Leader Who Thrives On Helping Others Grow. You're Comfortable Moving Between Strategy And Day-to-day Operations, And You Know How To Inspire Teams To Deliver Results. Specifically, You'll Bring

  • Proven multi-site leadership experience (education, OSHC, or similar sector ideal).
  • A track record of improving quality, compliance, and service outcomes.
  • Strong skills in developing leaders and building high-performing teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills to partner with schools and communities.
  • A relevant qualification in Education, Early Childhood, Business Management or similar.
