Accounts Payable Officer

  • $70,000 - $75,000 + Super + Benefits | Chatswood

Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices, raising and creating purchase orders.
  • Investigating and resolving queries / discrepancies
  • Manage and coordinate the purchasing of goods, materials, and services and maintaining accurate purchase data
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships
  • Reconciliations
  • Liaising with finance and customer service team

Requirements:

  • Finance background with exposure to raising and matching invoices and purchase orders
  • (OR Accounting graduate with office experience looking for their first role)
  • Communication skills and ability effectively build rapport with suppliers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Happy to work 5 days in the office
  • Full working rights required
