Assistant Account Manager – Print Marketing (Real Estate Industry) Chatswood, NSW | Full-time (9:30am – 5:30pm, Mon–Fri)

Neo is a leading print supplier to the real estate industry, working with some of the biggest names across NSW and QLD. From property brochures to marketing material, we supply exceptional service, quality and industry standards daily.

We're now looking for an Assistant Account Manager to join our tight-knit Chatswood team and support our Head of Accounts and BDM in managing a growing client base.

What you'll be doing:
  • Supporting the Head of Accounts NSW/QLD and BDM with day-to-day client management
  • Handling client enquiries via phone and email
  • Assisting with orders, quotes, and follow-ups
  • Coordinating with our production team to ensure jobs run smoothly
  • Assist with basic artwork updates and creative edits
  • Supplying top tier Customer Service to ensure that our clients experience is always a happy one, while we continue to grow

What we're looking for:

  • Strong communication skills – confident on the phone and in writing
  • Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • A Team player who thrives in a busy, collaborative environment
  • Previous experience in customer service, admin, or account support
  • Print / Real Estate knowledge an advantage
  • Basic adobe, InDesign, or Canva skills
