About the role
GJ Gardner Homes Griffith is seeking a full-time Administration/Receptionist to join their team in Griffith, NSW 2680. This role is critical in supporting the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the home building process.
What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing enquiries, and assisting with contract preparation
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
- Coordinating with other departments, such as Design and Construction, to ensure a seamless client journey
- Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and other key administrative tasks
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in administration or customer service role, preferably within the construction or home building industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM systems and sales software.
- A positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented attitude
