A unique opportunity has become available to join the high-performing Fitzpatricks Commercial team as a Commercial Administrator. Working alongside engaged, hands-on Directors with a clear strategic vision, this role offers scope to grow, innovate and shape the future direction of our commercial division.
We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional with strong organisational skills, sound business and commercial knowledge, and the ability to manage property matters efficiently while maintaining excellent client service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Be involved in managing a diverse commercial property portfolio including retail, industrial, office, and storage assets
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, solicitors, and other stakeholders
- Oversee compliance and implement policy updates in line with legislative changes
- Be involved in the sales process from instruction to settlement
- Review leases and contracts for accuracy
- Handle trust accounting responsibilities
