About the Role

We're on the lookout for a friendly, energetic Casual team member to join our Cellar Door team and support our Team Leader and Events Coordinator. If you love connecting with people and sharing great wine, this could be the perfect opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing key administrative tasks such as order processing and sales uploads
  • Maintaining merchandise and stock levels
  • Managing and reconciling inventory
  • Delivering exceptional customer experience whilst hosting wine tastings and delivering product knowledge
  • Ensuring the Cellar Door is always clean, welcoming, and well-presented
  • Supporting Cellar Door events and special functions (Celebrazione, Taste of Italy etc)

About You

You're passionate about providing outstanding service and have a genuine interest in wine (or are eager to learn). You're a team player with strong communication and organisational skills, and you thrive in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Bring:

  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience (desirable)
  • Enthusiasm for wine, food, and sharing great experiences
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Administrative experience and confidence using computer systems
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including some weekends, public holidays, long weekends and assisting with events
  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
