**Job Title:** Livestock Administration Assistant
">We are currently offering a full-time permanent opportunity to join our team in Wagga Wagga branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Livestock Sales team, processing sales and providing excellent customer service.
">**Responsibilities:

- Process Livestock sales, including saleyard sales, private sales, agent sales, and clearing sales.">
- Attend sale days when required at saleyards and on farm at Stud Sales.">
- Provide professional and timely customer service to existing and prospective clients.">
- Assist in managing vendor and purchaser accounts relevant to all Livestock transactions.">
- Perform branch administrative tasks, including accounts payable, expenses, banking, mail distribution, and general office duties.">
- Assist in managing vendor and purchaser accounts, including reconciliation and debt collection.">
**Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment and a passion for Australian farming and agriculture.
">You will demonstrate a proactive approach to work, practical organisation skills, excellent attention to detail, effective verbal communications skills, problem solving skills, empathy to resolve customer issues promptly, knowledge or experience with cattle and/or sheep livestock is advantageous but not essential.
">Ability to identify ways to improve internal processes, excellent computer skills, including SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
">Able to work efficiently and unassisted.
