We're seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Packing Assistant to join our team and play a key role in the preparation and distribution of sample orders, online sales, and Wine Club shipments. This role combines both physical packing and administrative inventory tasks, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in accuracy and organisation.

What you'll do:

  • Pick, pack, and dispatch samples, online sales, and Wine Club orders
  • Maintain accurate records and order documentation
  • Assist with stock control, cycle counts, and stocktakes
  • Monitor inventory and report shortages or discrepancies
  • Keep the packing area safe, clean, and organised

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in packing, warehousing or logistics
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
  • Good computer and admin skills.
  • Forklift licence & RSA (advantageous).
  • A reliable team player who can also work independently.
  • Physically capable of lifting and handling cartons safely.
