The Role
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, Warrikal is seeking an experienced Fabrications Coordinator to join our Operational Projects team in a permanent, full-time capacity.

This pivotal role will see you providing technical and commercial assessments, coordinating project budgets, managing scopes of work, and ensuring safe, efficient delivery across a range of fabrication projects. You'll work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to drive quality outcomes and support the successful execution of operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a technical and commercial assessment of upcoming and existing projects
  • Review, plan and define request for quotations
  • Review initial Scope of Work requirements
  • Coordinate, manage and report project operating budget
  • Assess technical issue, modifications, and repairs to ensure delivery targets are met by liaising directly with client
  • Provide operational advice to a range of workplace stakeholders as required to support effective service delivery
  • Assist with Tender development, QA Inspections and MDR Development/Review
  • Manage safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of projects operations
  • Continuously monitor Project Schedules
  • Assist with the expediting of materials and tracking
  • Produce reports for senior management and/or for client

About You

  • Eligible to work in Australia
  • A minimum trade qualification or tertiary degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with specialist knowledge in fabrications
  • The ability to work independently and flexibly in a dynamic project environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and meet client site access requirements
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Projects
  • Proactive and adaptable professional with a strong background in project coordination and fabrication
