With over 4000 employees and 70 stores across ANZ, our leading client is continuing to grow and has no intention of slowing down anytime soon. Be part of a dynamic, fun-loving team in this newly defined role, working in the heart of Sydney CBD.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the People and Culture manager in a close-knit team your primary focus will be managing an employee relations caseload across multiple business locations. A significant part of this role involves providing expert advice and guidance to managers, as well as conducting investigations when required. You will work closely with the HR Manager to escalate relevant matters, track all cases, and report on trends to senior leaders. In addition to employee relations, this role includes generalist HR activities and participation in project work, offering a dynamic opportunity to contribute to various aspects of the HR function.
This is a permanent, full-time role, based on site at their office in the Sydney CBD, 4 days a week.
THE CRITERIA
To be successful in this role you must have extensive expertise in employment law with prior experience working within the retail industry and a sound understanding of the GRIA. You must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and manage diverse and high-volume Employee Relations (ER) caseload. You will also have proven experience working within a large, fast-paced and global organisation. You will also demonstrate a pragmatic and collaborative approach, with strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
