Job tasks and responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Processing patient accounts
  • Providing support to our talented Orthodontists and Dental Assistants, ensuring their day runs seamlessly
  • Maintaining strong relationships with our valued patients and referring practitioners

Skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
  • A friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Comfortable and skilled in interacting with patients.
