What's the opportunity?

As an Online Safety Expert & Educator, you are the primary representative of Qoria's education and engagement mission. This role is part of ySafe, within the Qoria family, and contributes to our shared commitment to protecting and empowering every child's digital journey.

Your core responsibility is to advise and support schools and communities, ensuring that our online safety education services are delivered with the highest quality and impact. You will play a key role in strengthening trust with schools, enabling systemic cultural change, and aligning with Qoria's wider business goals: equipping students, parents, and educators with the skills they need for digital wellbeing.

Here's how you'll do it:

  • Program Delivery:
    Deliver engaging presentations, workshops, and consultations to students (K–12), staff, and parents.
  • Advisory Expertise:
    Offer credible, evidence-based guidance on online safety risks, trends, and effective solutions.
  • Community Engagement:
    Serve as the face of ySafe, building trust and connection with schools and families, ensuring programs are well-received and impactful.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with the sales, marketing, and engagement teams to ensure seamless delivery of education services.
  • Program Development:
    Assist in developing resources like community guides, advertising content, and program enhancements, along with new education content, training resources, and innovative approaches to extend impact.

This role requires:

  • Significant experience in education, wellbeing, technology or similar sectors.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with experience engaging diverse groups of all sizes.
  • Developing expertise in online safety, digital wellbeing, or youth education.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in hybrid team environments.
  • Familiarity with productivity and presentation tools (Google Workspace, MS PowerPoint, Canva, Zoom, HubSpot or similar).
  • Willingness to travel locally and interstate as required.
  • Current driver's licence and regular access to a vehicle.
