About the Role:

Customer Service is our priority and is the driving force behind our vision and values. Led by the General Manager of Customer Experience, the claims team is a prime example of a successful and tailored delivery service that ensures exemplary customer service and follow up. With a strong team culture and a focus on training and development, she is keen to bring in fresh talent. This is a rare opportunity to join his team in a permanent fulltime WFH role.

Some of what you will be doing:

  • With a customer centric approach, manage and settle Assignee Relocations claims
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with Kent Policies & Procedures
  • Develop professional & effective relationships with Clients, Assignees & Suppliers
  • Comply with the designated Relocation Process
  • Maintain accurate records of claims management
  • Solve client, supplier, and assignee service issues

About you:

Ideally you will have previous experience in insurance or claims management. This role will come with a full induction and a 1-week training program to get the individual up to speed.
