The Opportunity

This is an exciting 12-month Max Term contract to join our Claims Administration team. Reporting to the Team Manager of Claims Administration, you will support our life claims team in achieving operational and strategic goals through the provision of timely, accurate, efficient and professional administrative services. You will perform a range of administrative tasks throughout the claims life-cycle, driving and maintaining high level data quality

To do this successfully you will:

- You will set up new claims within the relevant claims systems, meeting the required service levels.
- You will set up relevant follow on activities for Case Managers.
- You will identify and take ownership of rectifying issues with the information supplied to you by fund administrators and case managers including clarifying missing data or inconsistencies with policy terms.
- You will log and distribute inbound work items to managers and monitor Claims drop boxes on a daily basis.
- You will ensure all payments are set up accurately within the relevant claims and administration systems.
- Experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skil
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work in a face paced environment.
- Strong organisation skills.
