Are you a proactive, tech-savvy professional with a strong sense of initiative and exceptional organisational skills? We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Director of a high-performing mortgage broking company based in Concord.

This is a pivotal role that requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and has a deep respect for confidentiality and discretion.

About the Role

As the Executive Assistant, you will be the Director's right-hand support – ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing communications, following up on key documentation, overseeing internal tasks, and providing high-level support to a busy and results-driven leader.

This is a Full-time role (On-site required)

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to emails on behalf of the Director
  • Liaise with clients to chase up required documents
  • Task, coordinate and oversee duties among team members and broader staff
  • Provide daily assistance and strategic support to the Director across all business functions
  • Maintain excellent workflow processes and anticipate the needs of the Director and the team

About You

Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role

Ideally, a working understanding of the mortgage or finance industry

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Strong tech capabilities – confident using CRMs, cloud-based tools, email/calendar management platforms and workflow systems

Highly organised, reliable and proactive – you're always one step ahead

Comfortable working with a high-performing and fast-paced leader
