**Right at Home Sydney Inner West** provides high quality in-home care and assistance to our valued clients from Carlingford to Concord/Burwood, including Homebush, Auburn, Lidcombe and surrounding suburbs. We support people living with dementia and cognitive decline, disabilities, post-operative care needs and older Australians. Our services help clients remain safe and independent in their own homes. Our mission to improve the quality of life for those we serve.

**About the role**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Relationship Manager** to join our team, who has demonstrated success in sales, has a passion for customer service excellence and a drive for growth.

**The Relationship Manager will be responsible for**:

- Establishing, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients;
- Actively building relationships with referral sources through community engagement and networking;
- Being the initial contact for referral sources as well as potential clients and their families seeking services;
- Pro-actively managing a large number of enquiries from multiple channels to increase conversion and revenue;
- Performing our client intake process to ensure timely and efficient commencement of services;
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to prepare and complete service agreements, manage budgets and coordinate services;
- Communicate with all departments of Right at Home;
- Report to company director

**Qualifications**:
**Essential Criteria**:

- Prior experience in sales, marketing or client engagement with a strong drive for growth and success;
- High-level organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail;
- Excellent presentation with strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with a wide variety of people and a passion for providing high quality customer service;
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills combined with a strong ability to prioritise tasks;
- Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team;
- Strong computer skills with prior experience using MAC OS and MS Suite;
- Current Drivers Licence & National Police Check;
- Knowledge of Aged Care and/or other community, healthcare funded program
- National Police Check
- Driver's Licence and Own Car with comprehensive insurance
- Working With Children Check
- First Aid & CPR

**Salary**: From $75,000 per year + Super + KPI Bonus

Travel will be included in the role.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
