The Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and support the leadership team. This is a key role ensuring efficiency, compliance, and smooth coordination across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, systems, and administration.
  • Coordinate compliance documentation, insurance renewals, and licences.
  • Support senior leaders with contract management and reporting.
  • Manage client and vendor portals, keeping records accurate.
  • Assist with onboarding, inductions, and administrative workflows.
  • Provide executive support to the management team when required.

About You

  • Experience in office management, business administration, or operations.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
