*We are looking for a Marketing Assistant who loves beauty, social media, marketing & branding, while also helping impact women all over the world with our game-changing formulations.

We need a social media champion to create exciting content including videos, posts and stories

You will develop, and manage all online presence and reputation including but not limited to marketing campaigns, social networking websites, blogs, review sites etc.

Role and responsibilities:
*
- **Assist with creating brand specific marketing campaigns and sales promotions enhancing brand & customer centric market awareness. Working alongside a passionate founder and digital marketing agency**
- **Tracking sales data; maintaining promotional materials inventory; maintaining databases; preparing reports. Planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars**
- **Contribute to executing marketing strategies and activities that promote the identity of the brand**
- **Create and manage social media content & channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and Tiktok, Pinterest. Scheduling, product tagging, & maintenance for social accounts**
- **Copywriting and SEO for website content, product descriptions, blogs and eDMs**
- **Help develop and execute wholesale opportunities with potential stockists and brand ambassadors**
- **Administrative duties related to operations, sales & marketing activities, eCommerce and website maintenance**
- **Adaptable to change with the role as the business progresses**

**About You**
*Skills & Experience
- Be Passionate, Live and breathe marketing with strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Be creative, decisive, forward thinking and commercially aware
- Innovative & dynamic self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong planning, organisational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate in a branded yet professional tone of voice
- Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships and partnerships
- Intermediate skill within the Microsoft office suite and google workspace (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator software programs is highly regarded
- A committed work ethic, highly organised, fun & positive attitude, enthusiastic & energetic
- Capacity to work independently

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a degree in Business, Marketing, PR, Journalism or related field.
- At least 1 year of solid work experience in brand management, marketing communications or business development in Beauty or Fast consumer goods industry
- Must have strong leadership abilities and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, professional and reliable.*
