We are interiors and fit-out company delivering standout projects across NSW, QLD, and ACT. From hospitality venues and commercial offices to retail and lifestyle spaces, we provide a true one-stop service — design, project management, and construction. With exciting projects in the pipeline, we are looking for a dynamic all-rounder to join our growing team.
The Role
This is not your typical Contract Administrator role. We're seeking someone who can lead projects end-to-end while also having the commercial smarts to quote, manage contracts, and keep budgets on track. You'll be client-facing, hands-on, and supported by a close-knit team that thrives on collaboration and quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Quoting and tendering new projects, including subcontractor engagement
- Preparing and managing project budgets, contracts, and reports
- Leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring time, cost, and quality targets are met
- Managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers across NSW, QLD, and ACT
- Monitoring contract performance, progress claims, and variations
- Building strong, long-term client relationships
About You
- 4+ years' experience in Project Management or Contract Administration within interiors, fit-out, or construction
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge — able to price and administer jobs confidently
- Proven track record delivering projects end-to-end
- Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to be hands-on in a growing business
- Degree or qualification in Construction, Project Management, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
