Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to oversee a brand new multistorey residential development?

Design and Build Recruitment is working with one of SE Queensland's most experienced and well-respected builder developers on a new project located in South Brisbane.

The Role

I am searching for an enthusiastic and driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution and delivery of a 3 stage, multistorey residential development in South Brisbane. This role will suit someone with a proven track record in managing medium rise apartment projects, excellent leadership skills, and the ability lead and inspire teams, manage stakeholders, and drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a multistorey residential project valued over $100M.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout project lifecycles.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to maintain project integrity.
  • Drive effective communication between all project participants.

About You

  • Experienced Project Manager in the construction sector
  • Strong track record delivering projects end-to-end
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams, manage stakeholders, and drive successful outcomes
  • Commercially astute with excellent planning and delivery skills
  • Based in, or willing to relocate to South Brisbane
