Specialist Sales Representative – Dermatology (NSW North & NSW South)

We're partnering with a growing pharmaceutical organisation in the dermatology space to build a high-performing specialist sales team ahead of multiple exciting product launches in 2026.

We are currently recruiting for
two roles in New South Wales,
one covering the
NSW North
territory and the other covering
NSW South
. These are key positions as part of a broader team expansion across multiple states, focused on promoting an innovative dermatology portfolio to healthcare professionals, including dermatologists and select GPs.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive sales growth and achieve targets within your assigned NSW territory (North or South).
  • Promote dermatology products through face-to-face and virtual engagements, events, and educational programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
  • Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide clinical and technical support to ensure confidence in product use.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales (specialty sales and dermatology experience highly regarded).
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and specialist selling environments.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools for virtual engagement.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel within your NSW territory (some interstate travel may be required).
