Studio Manager – BFT Echuca

What we're looking for:
  • A team player who genuinely cares about others and brings people together.
  • Someone who leads with energy, positivity, and character.
  • A coach who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, jump in on the program, and get involved with members.
  • A people-person who can help foster a fun, supportive, and inspiring culture inside and outside of sessions.

What the role involves:
  • Delivering 4–7 training sessions daily, making sure members feel safe, supported, and motivated.
  • Creating an energetic and inclusive studio vibe where everyone feels part of the BFT family.
  • Guiding, developing and inspiring our team of trainers.
  • Supporting members with fitness appraisals, screenings, and their ongoing journey.
  • Coordinating and championing our 8 Week Challenges.
  • Getting involved with sales, marketing, and community events to grow the studio.
  • Responding to member enquiries and keeping daily operations running smoothly.
  • Working alongside allied health providers to support members in reaching their potential.

Skills & experience you'll bring:
  • Experience as a personal trainer or group fitness trainer.
  • Experience motivating and managing a team of trainers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills — able to build rapport quickly.
  • Enthusiastic, professional and supportive attitude toward clients and staff.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to meet KPIs.
  • Passion, enthusiasm and genuine motivation to improve the lives of others.
  • Ambition for career progression.

Qualifications you'll need:
  • Certificate IV in Personal Training or Certificate III in Group Fitness.
  • Current Senior First Aid and CPR.
  • Fitness Australia Registration and all necessary insurances.
