Premix King is excited to announce the opening of our brand-new Mooroopna store within the next 6 weeks We're seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join the setup, help build a strong new team, and drive success from day one.

This is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new store and shape the culture, standards, and customer experience right from launch.


The Role:
  • Involvement in store setup and launch.
  • Involvement in Recruitment, training, and management of a brand-new team.
  • Oversee daily operations including rostering, inventory management, stock ordering, and merchandising.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with all liquor licensing requirements.
  • Drive sales, manage cash handling, and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Approx. 40 hours per week including nights, weekends & public holidays.

Requirements:
  • Previous store management or assistant management experience (liquor or retail preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage stock, budgets, and operational systems.
  • RSA Certificate (or willing to obtain before opening).
  • Must be 18+ with a current Police Check.
  • Hands-on, reliable, and ready to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
