Premix King is excited to announce the opening of our brand-new Mooroopna store within the next 6 weeks We're seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join the setup, help build a strong new team, and drive success from day one.
This is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new store and shape the culture, standards, and customer experience right from launch.
The Role:
- Involvement in store setup and launch.
- Involvement in Recruitment, training, and management of a brand-new team.
- Oversee daily operations including rostering, inventory management, stock ordering, and merchandising.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with all liquor licensing requirements.
- Drive sales, manage cash handling, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Approx. 40 hours per week including nights, weekends & public holidays.
Requirements:
- Previous store management or assistant management experience (liquor or retail preferred).
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage stock, budgets, and operational systems.
- RSA Certificate (or willing to obtain before opening).
- Must be 18+ with a current Police Check.
- Hands-on, reliable, and ready to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
