About the Role?
We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Learning and Development Manager to join our regional business and lead end to end learning solutions that support the business priorities across Australia and New Zealand. Together with the support of a Learning and Development Coordinator you will focus on growing our people to support sustained business growth, this role will lead the implementation of development programs that build organisational capability. This role develops training materials, leverages technology to enhance learning and facilitates programs to ensure successful learning experiences for our teams.
The role's key accountabilities include:
Partner with the business to design learning solutions aligned with business objectives.
Lead local implementation of the global learning initiatives.
Lead the talent and succession annual processes.
Lead the design, development, delivery of learning and development programs across all functions of the business.
Facilitate innovative training programs across all levels of the business.
Develop or source learning resources to deliver targeted and customised training solutions as directed by the business.
Manage the Learning Management (LMS) platform and execute through on-line mediums.
Manage the training to ensure organisational competence in the annual performance management system and process.
Establish evaluation frameworks, monitoring key metrics and drive training effectiveness
About You:
To be successful in this position, our newest team member will have the following:
5+ years in a corporate learning and development position and ready to take your next career step
Experienced in planning, delivering, and evaluating training programs
Experience managing a team
Experienced at engaging stakeholders at all levels
Specialist with Learning Management Systems and learning technologies
Experienced designing and delivering blended learning programs across various platforms
Skilled at working collaboratively in a matrix and geographically dispersed environment
Self-initiated and accountable approach to delivering outcomes
Strong written and verbal communications
Capable at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
The role will require travel to cascade training initiatives within AU and NZ.
