Your New Role

We are currently looking for a motivated and customer focused Partner Support Officer to join our team.

Reporting to our Broker Administration Manager, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support to AFG's 4000+ brokers including:

  • Onboarding and maintenance of brokers and their organisations using AFG's in-house CRM system (FLEX), including preparation of agreements with new brokers, handling their lender accreditations, and any variations for existing brokers.
  • Support Brokers via chat, phone and email with their submission process for the onboarding, maintenance and commission payment queries.
  • Use workflow tools to monitor and prioritise submissions from brokers and AFG state sales teams.
  • Process terminations and suspensions.
  • Assist in adhoc tasks as required.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • High level of attention to detail, interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Enjoys problem solving and finding ways to make processes more efficient and effective.
  • A strong customer focus and a team player.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • A high level of computer literacy and ability to use the MS Office suite.
  • Experience within the Financial Services Industry including an understanding of the residential mortgage sector, is desired but not essential.
