Perth, Western Australia Camp Australia Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

As our new Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be the matchmaker between attracting the right people and meaningful careers You'll take the lead on all things recruitment for our field-based roles. Crafting job ads that stand out, finding great talent, chatting with candidates and guiding them all the way through to onboarding.

Working hand-in-hand with our hiring managers and stakeholders across the business, you'll help keep our talent pipeline flowing, support workforce planning, and make sure every candidate has a smooth, positive, and seamless experience from start to finish

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to align recruitment strategies with workforce needs
  • Advertise roles and manage candidate sourcing to ensure flow and quality
  • Conduct screening, interviews, and reference checks
  • Verify and maintain accurate records of all required certifications and qualifications for candidates
  • Maintain recruitment data and reporting
  • Support succession and peak period recruitment planning
  • Attend weekly state meetings and collaborate across a national team
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment practices

What You'll Bring

  • Proven track record in juggling multiple recruitment campaigns – from start to successful hire
  • Confident communicator who builds strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Detail-driven with a knack for owning processes and keeping everything on track
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments, especially where remote and in-office collaboration is key
  • Tech-comfortable -confident using MS Office, HR systems, and recruitment databases
  • Values-aligned team player who brings Courage, Gratitude, Respect, Joy, and Belonging to work every day

Preferred but not essential:

  • Knowledge of the OSHC/education sector and its hiring landscape
  • Experience with application tracking system—PageUp.
