About the Role

The Service Technician Coordinator plays a key role in keeping our service department running smoothly. Sitting under the Service Manager, you'll be the central point of contact between our field technicians, customers, and internal teams. This is a full-time, office-based role in our Penrith facility, perfect for someone who enjoys organisation, problem-solving, and helping customers.

What You'll Do

  • Schedule and coordinate service jobs for our in-house technicians.
  • Manage service tickets from start to finish—logging details, tracking progress, and closing them out promptly.
  • Communicate with customers by phone and email to provide updates, troubleshoot issues, and organise follow-up work.
  • Ensure all details in our CRM and manufacturer portals are accurate and up to date.
  • Work with our accounts team on invoicing, payments, and warranty claims.
  • Support field technicians with the information and resources they need to complete jobs efficiently.
  • Prepare service reports, updates, and other documentation for internal and customer use.
What You Bring
  • Experience in customer service, scheduling, help desk, or a similar coordination role.
  • Confidence handling a high volume of calls and emails while staying organised.
  • Strong communication skills—clear, professional, and able to get to the root of an issue quickly.
  • A technical mindset with a willingness to learn about solar systems.
