Job Summary

Job DescriptionSchedule and coordinate technicians for reactive and planned works using specialized software.
Manage inbound calls and emails, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and technicians.
Create, update, and close work orders to ensure accurate job tracking.
Monitor job progress and ensure works are completed within agreed timeframes.
Liaise with technicians to ensure they have all necessary job details, parts, and information.
Prepare quotes, invoices, and service reports as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience in a Service Coordinator or Scheduler role within construction, trades, or facilities management.
- Proficiency in specialized software (essential).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
