Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, managing incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and helpful responses to client inquiries.
  • Generate quotes and process orders in a timely manner.
  • Create and send order or case acknowledgments to keep clients informed.
  • Maintain positive and productive relationships with internal teams, ensuring a thriving work environment.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite or similar CRM/ERP systems (training can be provided)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer service, account management, or client-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Experience in industries such as aftermarket parts, ground-engaging tools, manufacturing, or logistics is an advantage but not essential.
  • Hands-on experience in generating quotes, processing orders, and managing client accounts.
  • Be passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
